Refund policy

At Vibe Home , we're committed to selling high-quality products that we hope you'll enjoy using but we also recognise that sometimes you may you need to exchange or return something you've bought. We would politely request that you please ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase before you start to use the item(s).

If you are unhappy with your goods for whatever reason, or you change your mind, you have the right to cancel your contract within 30 days of receipt of the goods providing they are brand new, unused and returned with full original packaging. We cannot accept the return of any items after this period.

If your return is accepted, please send your item(s) back via your own means within 7 days to the address stated on your returns approval email which you will receive from us along with your authorisation number. Item(s) sent back to us without first requesting a return or after the 7 day period will not be accepted or refunded. You can always contact us for any return questions. We do not accept any responsibility for any damage which occurs during return postage to us and the item must be received in the same as new condition with all packaging.

We predominantly sell bundle sets consisting multiple items. Where your order is a bundle set, your return must be the complete bundle set and not a part of, unless agreed in advance with Discover Bargains Ltd T/A Vibe Home. Please note that any partial refund will be determined by the unique value of each item returned and not a pro rata per the total items in the order.

To return a product, it must be sent back in its "delivered" form and original packaging, undamaged and not tampered with in any way.   When re-packaging any goods, please keep plug guards on to prevent damage to the item(s) during transit. Please include all accessories and inner packaging and ensure the items have not been used in any way. If an item has been used, such as a kettle being boiled, this will result in no refund being issued. We reserve the right to make deductions up to 100% of the purchase value for any type of use of a product or damage or that is not received in brand new unused condition.

Faulty / Damaged Goods / Incorrect Item

Please open and check your goods within 24 hours of receiving them and inform us of any damage, fault or if a wrong item to what you ordered is received. You must contact us immediately (within the 24 hour window) by emailing info@vibehome.co.uk with full clear images, notifications sent after this time period will result in your return request not being approved within this policy. If a product has been used in anyway and then reported as damaged then we are unable to accept return of these items or issue any refund as a faulty item. If an item is reported as incorrect to what was ordered and is deemed to be the correct item, then we do not accept any liability for return postage costs. If an item is returned by the buyer for this reason at their own cost, it must be received, unused, with all packaging and in brand new condition or a refund will not be issued. We reserve the right to not cover any return postage costs if your return falls outside of the above time frame or policy.

All items are under warranty for a period of 12 months, and for a further 12 - 24 months is available with the some manufacturers directly once the extended warranty has been registered.  Please retain a copy of your original order.

If a product you purchase develops a fault, please email us info@vibehome.co.uk at the earliest opportunity to explain the issue. We may request additional information or photographs and arrange either an inspection and repair, a collection and replacement of the part/item in question or a refund depending on the situation.

The majority of our business is made up of selling kitchen sets or bundles, if a single item of a set or bundle has or develops a fault then please email us info@vibehome.co.uk to arrange rectification to that single item. We are unable to offer refunds for complete bundles or sets, unless a prior agreement has been made with us, where one or some items within the set have been used, such as a kettle being boiled. If a set or bundle is returned as faulty and some items within the set have been used that are not faulty and we have not made prior agreement for the buyer to return the full set or bundle with used items, then we reserve the right to deduct from any refund provided, up to 100% of the purchase value.

If we find that the product has developed a fault or damage caused by accident, misuse, negligence or normal wear and tear, we are under no obligation to replace the item or issue a refund. Your statutory rights are not affected. If an product is claimed to be faulty and is tested with no fault found, then a deduction for usage and postal costs will be made.

Please note all our items and components are serial number and or smart marked recorded to protect both our customers and our business. If any item is returned and found to have been internally opened or tampered with, then a refund will not be issued. The buyer may request return of the item to them, at their cost.

If any problem is identified that it has been caused due to lack of cleaning or limescale build up then please note that we reserve the right to not issue a refund or partial refund and a cleaning charge may be applied. The buyer may request return of the item to them, at their cost.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return which can take up to 10 business days, we will only let you know if the return and refund was not approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within a further 10 business days but it is usually a lot sooner. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund in addition to the above timescales.

Finally, please note that we do not ship outside of United Kingdom and any returns must be managed via a UK address.  Please ensure you are happy with your purchase before sending onwards to an address outside the UK, and that any warranty issue, or packing error, cannot be resolved where the goods are outside of the UK.
