Great kettle. Really pleased with it. Looks good. Pours perfectly. I have arthritis in my fingers and this kettle handle is very comfortable to hold. Can’t think of anything that could improve it.
There's little to criticise about this kettle in my opinion. It's quite smart, light weight and easy to lift, the lid is easy to open/close (others with push button slightly easier but many more difficult), the water level markings are very clear, it can be operated with just one cupful, and it boils quite quickly and is reasonably quiet. The filter is perhaps not so good but that doesn't bother me as we have soft water here. It's not the cheapest kettle but I can recommend it.
Been through quite a few kettles over the years and have to say this is one of the best we have come across.Its compact yet holds 1.5l, looks great on the side and pours really well. Can be filled up from the spout or open the lid and having a clear bit on each side makes it easy for lefties or righties to fill to the required amount. Definitely recommend.

Best kettle we have ever had. Quality product, boils quickly and not too noisy.
Having used the kettle regularly over the past fortnight, It seemingly heats water effectively and efficiently. It is of plastic rather than metal construction so I will have to return to this review in 12 years time to confirm whether this model has the same longevity as our previous Dualit model.

For the price you can't beat it, tough chunky plastic and beautifully put together, much better than the last few kettles I've had from the more mainstream manufacturers at the same price. The sides are thick enough to touch without getting burned, quick to boil, and heavy enough to swing as an instrument of defence come the zombie apocalypse, if it started in the kitchen.

Perfect size for me - I live alone but often have family round and I don't need a huge kettle. This is extremely quiet, and very quick. I love everything about it. Well made by the trusted Dualit people.

This kettle is fabulous. Very stylish. Great value for money. The numbers are large and I like that you can see the water boiling behind the numbers. The on button is also large and easy to flick on, it lights up red too when on. I love that the kettle feels a bit retro to me with it's round style and round on button. I love the shiney black, I think it's easier to keep visibly clean compared to matt black or steel. The lid doesn't need detached to fill & this is a big plus in my book. I have never thought about 'the pour' before with a kettle but read about it a lot in previous reviews. Now I realise! The pour is excellent, it pours at a great angle requiring less of a tip. I also think this means less spills, certainly less than my previous kettle. It's also light weight. I'm very glad our old kettle packed in, I just love this one.
All OK, just got to stop 'people' from forcing to lid off/on - instead of using the release lever to release.
Pleased with the kettle lightweight and easy to fill, bought with the matching toaster they look smart.
Hadn't thought about the technology in kettle design but this easy pour m'larky is pretty clever. Particularly useful when only wanting enough for one person. That also means it scores well for energy use as it's still easy to pour with the minimum level of water for a hot drink. Well designed and a good quality build so it's worth paying for.

Having had the Dualit lite for 9 years I was very disappointed in the very expensive Classic I bought to replace it with, the on light failed after 2 weeks & I returned it! Not giving up easily I decided to try the studio! I bought the black to match my black lite toaster & so glad I did! Lightweight, easy flip lid to fill boils quick & looks very stylish! Highly recommend as delighted with it & less than half the price of the classic!

Excellent kettle. Pours beautifully. Others have mentioned exposed screws on the lid, but I don't mind this at all, looks in keeping. The lid is as wide as the kettle itself, making it super easy to fill and/or clean. Solid and well built.
Love this kettle. Looks stylish has large lid which is easy to open and close. Due to plastic body is lighter to handle. I have given up owning metal kettles they cost more and look shabby after short while because I live in hard water area and limescale buikd up.
Bought this to replace the same model that I'd bought 6years ago that is still going but the switch is playing up a bit so ordered this in advance! Best kettle we've ever had, little bit pricey but it's used everyday & looks good. Easy to handle as you don't have to tip it all the way. We also have the toaster to match.
Excellent kettle. Can’t fault it
A great quality kettle,it feels solid and well made. I particularly like the fact that it’s not too noisy when boiling and it doesn’t drip when pouring. Also I like the angle of the handle which means you don’t have to tip it too far to get it pouring.
This is the best kettle I’ve ever owned. It’s excellent build quality. Large lid opening size and it’s fast if you o my fill it up to what you need. It’s also got a super large capacity if you have people over. No noisier than any other kettle I’ve owned. Easy to clean compared to other kettles I’ve owned. Looks great on the side in the kitchen. Honestly if you like the look of it just buy it, you won’t be disappointed.
We bought this as a double pack with the matching toaster as we were upgrading some kitchen products. I love the design of this kettle. You can see the water level which helps if you're an eco warrior and there's also hardly any noise with it. The best thing though is, because of a clever filter on the spout, there's hardly any steam on boiling. Very clever. For the price it's a no brainer.
