1. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.

Employees of Vibe Home, their immediate family members, or anyone professionally connected with the giveaway are not eligible to enter.

2. How to Enter

To enter, entrants must follow the entry instructions stated on the relevant giveaway post published on Vibe Home's official social media accounts.

No purchase is necessary to enter.

Only entries made in accordance with the instructions on the relevant giveaway post will be eligible.

3. Giveaway Period

Each monthly giveaway begins from the date and time that the relevant giveaway post is published on Vibe Home's official social media accounts.

The giveaway will remain open for one calendar month from the date of the original post.

Entries received after the one-calendar-month entry period has ended will not be included.

Following the end of the entry period, one winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries.

4. Prize

The prize for each monthly giveaway will be selected by Vibe Home at its discretion and will be detailed in the relevant giveaway post.

The prize is not redeemable for cash, has no cash alternative and is non-transferable.

Vibe Home reserves the right, where necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control, to substitute the advertised prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

5. Winner Selection and Contact

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the applicable giveaway period.

The winner will be contacted directly by Vibe Home through the social media account or contact method associated with their entry.

The winner will be provided with instructions on how to claim their prize.

The winner should not provide personal or financial information to any account other than an official Vibe Home account. Vibe Home will never require a winner to make a payment in order to claim their prize.

If the winner does not respond within 7 days of being contacted, Vibe Home reserves the right to select another eligible winner.

6. Winner Privacy

Vibe Home respects the privacy of its giveaway winners.

Winners will be contacted privately and will not automatically be publicly announced on Vibe Home's social media accounts.

Vibe Home will not publish a winner's name, social media username, photograph or other identifying information for promotional purposes without obtaining the appropriate permission.

Where Vibe Home is legally required to provide information relating to a prize winner or demonstrate that a valid award has taken place, it may do so to the extent required by applicable law or regulation.

7. Social Media

Where a giveaway is promoted through Facebook, Instagram or another social media platform, the giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with that platform unless expressly stated otherwise.

Entrants release the relevant social media platform from responsibility in connection with the giveaway to the extent permitted by law.

8. Fair Participation

Vibe Home reserves the right to disqualify any entry that it reasonably believes is fraudulent, automated, duplicated, submitted using fake accounts, or otherwise contrary to these Terms & Conditions or the spirit of the giveaway.

9. Changes or Cancellation

Vibe Home reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel a giveaway where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.

Any material changes will be communicated as reasonably practicable.

10. Personal Information

Personal information collected in connection with a giveaway will be used for administering the giveaway, contacting the winner and arranging delivery or fulfilment of the prize.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with Vibe Home's Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection law.

Entering a giveaway does not automatically constitute consent to receive marketing communications from Vibe Home.

11. Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Vibe Home will not be responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete or not received due to technical problems or circumstances outside its reasonable control.

12. General

By entering a Vibe Home giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Vibe Home's decisions regarding the administration of the giveaway and selection of the winner are final, subject to applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable UK law.
