I ordered the toaster to go with the kettle.Like the kettle it is super shiny. The grey is OK too.The first uses have created a dreadful smell but according to the instructions this will pass.It'll take a while to adjust the toasting time, but so far I've managed to burn toast evenly!The sneak peek facility is genius! As is the crumb tray, so much easier and a lot less messy.I think I'll invest in the toaster cage to go with it.Probably too soon to judge this but so far so good.
Love the colour grey/ chrome sides worth every penny and with kettle to match.
Seems like a robust trendy little gadget. It is more compact than the more traditional Dualit toasters, which suits me as I don’t have much countertop space. I also like the straighter lined finish to this model which make it look more modern. The shiny steel finish is easy to keep and I like the grey details that I chose to match my kitchen colour scheme.I got this brand and model as a replacement to another that arrived very dented from the posted delivery (a cheaper Haden retro design 4 slice version). On inspection I realised there would be a good chance of a repeated order also arriving damaged as the whole product was quite lightweight and the side panels were particularly thin. My Dualit arrived without any issues and in comparison is much stronger and appears to be made to last.
