The Dual lit kettle is great quality had the last one for 5yrs wasn't faulty just changed the colour to white as my last on was cream. Boils really quickly and also quite so there's no noise whilst boiling the kettle to make a cuppa during a film. Looks great and stylish would recommend if your looking to buy a new kettle.
I’ve had a lot of kettles over the years , This kettle not only has a very nice design, but works lovely!The handle is really chunky ! As the white Matt on it , stops your hand from sliding when holding if u have trouble with your hands ?Yes is quite noisy, but I haven’t had one that isn’t!!!Doesn’t take to long to boil .I have coffee in my vains !!!! So it boils to a temperature I like , I have to say so far it’s my favourite! My worst experience Smeg kettle, but that’s another review.I think as for monies, it’s fairly priced, as shopping around looking at other certain designs, their roughly equal price.So I’m just of to switch on n cup out n feet up n enjoy.
I bought this kettle to replace a Russell Hobbs model that sounded like a jet taking off when in use. I find this kettle to be very quiet, in fact I double checked to see if I'd switched it on because I didn't hear the usual roar lol.The kettle is a lovely size and looks great. It's sturdy and the handle feels good, and it also pours really well.The underside has a place to coil any excess cable do it's not trailing around the worktop. I realise many kettles have this feature, but in this case the cable is actually held in place very well.Best kettle I've had in ages!
Product arrived punctually and securely packaged. A replacement for our defunct Dualit kettle - might just have been the element contact with the base - it certainly didn't owe us anything after 6/7 years.
Likes:fast delivery, fair price, good quality ezsy to use wife loves it.Dislikes: did not work- i am a fully qualified EC&I Engineer, decided to check fuse , on doing so i found live and neutral wiring loose/ not tightened.Poor QA inspection proor to being dispatched.Overall still great product can still recommend company and all its products

Okay so I've never spent this sort of money on a kettle before,but it suited my kitchen specifications , and I trusted the dualit brand having previous experience of dualit, It ls nice and sparkly and shiny, boils in 90 seconds for two cups and from full it takes about 2.5 minutes yes there are faster kettles than this one but they just don't look as nice.
Best kettle out there, I had my last one almost 10 years. A bit more expensive but worth it.

This is our second Dualit kettle, and we only replaced the old one because the cover of the electric lead had become damaged when too near the cooker...our fault, nothing wrong with the kettle.Efficient and fast boiling. Looks clean and sleek.

Some history to my purchase (last January 2024).Back in December 2017 my son moved into his first rental following uni and had little cash to buy the essentials, however, he did appreciate the quality of Dualit and purchased a small kettle like this but in black. When I asked why the smaller size he said that's all he could afford.More than 6 years on, 3 moves and now a family of 4 he still uses this same small sized kettle daily! This is why I choose one for myself (after 3 kettles failing previously on quality). Don't hesitate. Buy one!

Excellent kettle - our previous Dualit kettle lasted well over 10 years.I have read some of the comments and would clarify that the new kettle is neither noisy nor is the lid excessively stiff.I would recommend Dualit products to anyone wanting long term durability.

This kettle is ergonomically perfect. It pours without dribbling and is easy to fill. The handle is comfortable to hold, and it slots neatly into the charger. I love the pretty green colour! I had bought a much cheaper model from another manufacturer, and it was a waste of money.. This kettle is well worth the extra cost.
After 8 years our previous Dualit kettle gave up, purchased this again as it's replacement, the lid on this is very tight compared to the previous model but apart from that a great kettle, hope it lasts 8 years like the previous one
My slightly larger Dualit kettle stopped working so I replaced it with this. It looks good - very modern & still matches my Dualit Toaster.
Replaced my old kettle with the same model again. My previous kettle lasted over 20 years. You get what you pay for, very happy.
We had one of these for 20+ years but it was dropped. It still works but leaked significantly and had to go. ‘The new one was delivered very promptly, appears to work well so we will try not to drop it!

Excellent kettle. Feels solid and the lid mechanism won't break as was the problem with all our previous kettles. This one does not have the spring release and is just a simple manual lift and close but us still hinged. Noise level is fairly normal and it boils quickly. A little more expensive than some kettles but with the lid problem solved and the ease to fill and see the water level, I'm very happy. Looks stylish in the kitchen too.
