Impressed so far. Standard sliced loaves fit very well and happy with good browning control and good, even coverage. Larger bloomer slices are very slightly too long for the length of the slots. Slot width is good (28mm) and good enough for crumpets etc. I also like the look of it and the lighting on the buttons.
First impression is really good. Toasted evenly on both sides and was quick in doing so. Let’s hope it quality holds up to advertisement and I will be well pleased

I’ve been through many toasters, which seem to work for a couple of weeks and then toast one side and not the other. This one was recommended and is absolutely the best, I LOVE it.
Arrived promptly and well packaged. Really delighted with our purchase. Easy to operate. Toasts the bread nice and evenly. Great defrost feature and reheat feature. Expensive but well worth the money.
Love its ease of use, the wider slots are great. Its so easy to clean and it looks fab. Ive already got a Dualit kettle, not the matching but I trust the brand as another reason for purchase
Sturdy toaster, nice design, toasts bread evenly both sides.
Much better than the Breville I had that just died after only a few years, this one takes up less space on the worktop, doesn't feel tinny, and makes lovely, evenly browned toast. Worth paying that little bit more for. Still good quality, and its cheaper, and smaller, than the classic monsters that Dualit is known for.
I am delighted with this toaster which replaced a defunct lightweight "other make". It is solid and very efficient and has 9 levels. No. 5 does our toast perfectly. It feels very well made, heavy and looks good.A little more expensive but the difference is huge. Thank you Dualit. The whole slice toasts because it goes .into the slot landscape
This toaster is perfect for a small household. It has two good wide slots for use with a variety of breads but it doesn't take up too much counter space. I've used it for fresh bread and frozen bread with equally good results, nicely browned all over, not dry or burned at the edges. It beats my old toaster! Highly recommended.
Great looking toaster and the temperature control very good for 2 slices of toast.When it first arrived we put 1 slice in it just to try it out, and it did toast one side more than the other, but I do not really want to mark this great toaster down for that.So value for money and ease of cleaning it deserves 5 stars.
I am really enjoying this toaster. When I first used it, my temperature setting was too high and my toast came out burnt. Now it is on a much lower setting, although I do vary it depending on what type of bread, etc. I am putting in it and it works perfectly.It is well-made, looks good, it's British too which is an added bonus and does the job extremely well. Delighted!
This toasts very quickly , good with toasted sandwiches as well. Seems to toast much quicker than previous toasters. Well made , easy knobs and buttons .
It's been dualit for me for 20 years, why not carry on

Dualit never let me down. Awesome toaster that toasts slices of bread evenly and fast. Has a defrost and heat temp control and is accomdating for chunkier slices of bread. Looks fab to and can be wiped down easily with a crum tray to empty as required.Sturdy looking in chrome and black so matches my kitchen wonderfully. And you also get the Dualit warranty if anything does go wrong.
Best toaster we've ever had. Cooks and toasts the bread without drying it out. I was a professional chef for 25 years and everywhere I worked had a Dualit toaster of some description. Expensive but well worth the money. Quality piece of kit.

best toaster ever . looks great on the kitchen side and feels very well built . the most important bit .... it toasts bread evenly on both sides unlike some others we had in the past . bread slot has taken every type of slice bread we had.
Bought as a double pack with the matching kettle for a brilliant price.Our last toaster, a Smeg didn't even toast both sides properly. This one is so much better. Not too heavy so easy to move about and can accept various sizes of bread and rolls. I am very happy with the quality and it matches the kettle so all good.
