This rolling pin did a great job with my gingerbread cookies this winter! I always used a regular rolling pin, measuring the dough with a ruler. This let me easily set the thickness and roll it all out evenly. It’s a good size to handle a lot of dough. The dough did stick to it if I didn’t flour it enough, but it easily cleaned off.

Love this rolling pin! I’ve used it for countless batches of cookie dough. The only complaint that I have would be the ends coming off while rolling out dough. This only happens after a couple of batches rolled out consecutively. Other than that it’s been great!

I haven't used this rolling pin yet, but nonetheless, I'm very happy with it. The extra pieces on the side for adjusting the height (and hence thickness of the dough) are very easy to add and remove. The overall pin is very solid; the pieces on the side attach very securely without wobbling or feeling loose. And visually, it is pleasant to look at. I look forward to using this and am happy that I will no longer have to struggle with unevenly rolled dough. The measurement markings on the pin itself are a useful addition. Very pleased with this!

I bought the rolling pin awhile ago and I absolutely love it. It rolls out the perfect height sugar cookie and the cookies are now consistently the same.

This is pretty nifty. I suck at rolling anything out to the correct thickness & this is quite helpful. Easy to clean too.

Great rolling pin. Long enough that you can cover entire dough with the pin. Adjusters are easy to use except you do have to usually remove one at a time to get to the smaller ones. Easy to wash.

This was such a great buy. While there are lots of tools in the baking world in this day and age, this is definitely one of my favourite. It takes the guessing out of thickness and helps me feel a little more confident about what I’m doing as I continue to learn and bake more often.

If you are a pastry chef this would be unnecessary, however if a novice such as myself, the ability to get the pastry to the correct and consistent depth is invaluable.

Really like this rolling pin - it's ideal for getting an even thickness and knowing that it's the right thickness that a recipe asks for. The coloured ends just screw on/off so it's easy to use.

Throw your hands up no more limp biscuits

Ideal for rolling perfect pastry, only improvement would be to make a longer version as when the pastry is so thin you can’t get it wide enough as the guides get in the way.

Just made the most even pastry for my mince pies! Easy to use and to change the ends for different thicknesses, and really easy to clean, great product

I love that the adjusters fit inside each other on the ends and are marked so you know which thickness each one is quickly and easily. I've only used it a few times, but it seems sturdy and quality.
