I’m delighted with this stylish, contemporary kitchen roll holder. It looks smart in my star of the art kitchen :). The simple mechanism makes tearing off the desired amount with your other hand, or arm if your hand is wet, quick and easy.It clearly states in the description the size of roll that fits it: Suitable for standard height rolls only - up to 24 cm (9½ inches). SO, if it does fit it’s your fault!!!!! Don’t moan about it in a review!
Kitchen roll holder/dispenser that does the job and looks good. Lightweight but stable and easy to use. One piece of kitchen roll comes off at a time right until the end of the roll. If one hand is dirty I just press down with my wrist and use my clean hand to pull off the towel. Fits standard supermarket sized roll. Would highly recommend.

Who knew a kitchen roll holder could be a game changer, but this one is. I can put my elbow on the top to push it down and hold the roll in place whilst I tear a piece off... it's great! My old one would usually get messy depending on what I'm cooking, then I'd have to wipe it down when I was finished. Now my hands don't contaminate anything else as they're not coming into direct contact with the raw chicken, beef etc that I've been handling. I got mine in the sale which was even better. My only criticism is when I bought a bulk pack of kitchen roll, the rolls were taller and thicker than the standard so the top wouldn't fit back on and I therefore had to return to my old holder. My solution... I won't buy the bigger rolls again. However, perhaps Joseph Joseph could make a simple adaptation to their design to take the taller thicker rolls. Surely it's not rocket science?

Was a bit dubious buying this based on some of the mixed reviews. Plus was worried it would not fit the majority of kitchen rolls as some reviews said big ones wouldn't fit. Been using this two weeks now and all my worries were completely unfounded I'm pleased to say. The design is ingenious yet so simple. You press down the top and it holds the roll completely sturdy so you can tear off a page no trouble - genius. Also somehow the design keeps the roll nice and taut unlike the previous one I had which kept loosening up every roll. This one keeps it all taut and tidy so is perfect. In terms of bigger rolls not fitting, that's poppycock. All rolls fit this except the very tall rolls - like the xxl ones, which will be too tall i imagine (though not tried one yet). But vast majority of rolls are normal height so will fit this perfectly. So don't be put off by that worry - unless you prefer the very tall xxl kitchen rolls in which case this will be too small for you.
An excellent addition to the kitchen. So easy to tear off the required piece/s of kitchen roll. Unroll, press button down, gently tug and the paper is delivered perfectly. (Read the description about kitchen roll size before making a decision on purchase.) I'm very pleased with the design and functionality of this dispenser
Saw this a while ago and thought nice but I’m not paying that. I managed to get it on sale. Works perfectly for kitchen rolls of normal length. Much more efficient as always pulls exact number of sheets wanted.Would recommend at the right price.
Very practical for getting a paper towel when hands are wet or dirty. Easy to refill and fits different sized rolls

After reading the many bad reviews and seeing people cut their kitchen rolls in half I was thinking great I’m going to have to send this back. When it came I tried my kitchen roll and it was too big but I thought I wonder if I just put the top part on anyway if it will work. It does! So I’ve kept it. I have uploaded a video of it working for anyone wanting to buy it but are put off with the reviews
