This kettle arrives very well packaged in an informative and giftable box. Finished in a lovely blue stone shade, it brings a stylish retro aesthetic to an everyday kitchen appliance whilst still feeling sleek and modern. It fits beautifully into the kitchen and looks exactly the sort of thing you’d expect from a premium brand like Rangemaster.Functionality is equally impressive and helps justify the price point. The swivel base is efficient and practical, keeping the electrical connection safely separate from the water itself. Although the kettle has a generous 1.7L capacity, it’s equally useful for smaller boils thanks to the external water level gauge and quick-boil markers for one or two cups — ideal when you just want a quick tea rather than enough water for the entire street. One of the standout features is how quiet it is during operation. Even when filled close to capacity, it boils remarkably discreetly. Aside from the satisfying click when the switch flicks back down at the end, you’d barely notice it working away. The soft-touch carry handle feels comfortable and secure in the hand, making pouring easy and controlled. The spout is also very well designed, pouring smoothly without drips or splashes — always appreciated when boiling water is involved.Overall, everything about this kettle feels polished and thoughtfully designed from start to finish. It may not quite replace a boiling water tap, but it certainly delivers a touch of luxury to the countertop whilst still being genuinely practical. Stylish, efficient and dependable — highly recommended.
Beautifully made kettle which has real quality. Everything about the kettle is top quality; the handle affords a proper grip, the spout pours cleanly without drips. The kettle boils fast. All together an excellent item. All the above is reflected in the price which is absolutely worth it.
This kettle looks much nicer on the worktop than a basic plastic model and the matt stone blue finish gives it a slightly more premium feel. The 3kW element boils a full kettle quickly enough that youre not standing around waiting forever. i found the quiet boil feature genuinely noticeable compared with louder kettles, especially first thing in the morning. The handle feels comfortable and the 360 degree base makes it easy to place back down from either direction. The removable limescale filter is straightforward to clean and the lid opens wide enough for filling without awkward angles. It doesnt feel excessively heavy even when full. Overall its a well designed kettle that combines quick boiling, relatively low noise and a smart finish without adding unnecessary features.
I really like the matt stone blue finish on this kettle. It has that classic Rangemaster look, so it feels a bit smarter than an ordinary kettle, but it still fits in well with a normal kitchen. The 3kW boil is quick and, as promised, it’s quiet enough not to wake the whole house when making an early cup of coffee. That makes a difference first thing in the morning. The 1.7L capacity is generous too, so it works well whether I’m just making one drink or putting the kettle on for a few people. It’s easy to use as well. The 360° swivel base means it sits properly from either side, and the internal cup markers plus the water gauge make refilling simple. The pour spout and carry handle feel solid, and the removable limescale filter is easy to take out and wash. It’s not the cheapest kettle, but it does feel good value for money given the finish and the features. I’m pleased with it.
I'll be honest, I've never spent this much on a kettle before, so I was a bit sceptical at first. However, after using the Rangemaster Classic Kettle, I can genuinely see where the extra money goes. The first thing that stands out is the quality. From the moment you take it out of the box, it feels solid, well-built, and far more premium than cheaper kettles. The Matt Stone Blue finish looks fantastic and has become a real focal point in the kitchen. We've had several comments from visitors asking where it's from. The quiet boil technology works well, and it feels much more refined than the budget kettles I've owned in the past. The 1.7L capacity is ideal for family use, and it boils quickly thanks to the powerful 3kW element. What really impresses me is the overall look and feel. Everything about it feels high quality, from the handle to the lid and base. It's one of those products you use every day but genuinely enjoy using. Most importantly, it makes a cracking cuppa. If you're wondering whether it's worth spending a bit more on a kettle, I'd say absolutely. The quality, design, and performance are on another level compared to cheaper alternatives.Overall, a fantastic kettle that looks stunning, feels premium, and performs brilliantly. Worth every penny.
