Absolutely stunning microwave. Love the round display and the lighting on the display. I use the microwave a lot, mostly every day, a few times a day. I like the style retro and blue colour, but this colour doesn’t match my kitchen; who cares.The Russell Hobbs Hanley 20L 800W Digital Microwave is exactly what I needed in my kitchen for quick meals and snacks while working on some other project. It's a 20L microwave with ample space for almost anything, and the cooking chamber is large enough to fit a standard dinner plate inside. Ideal for reheating a dinner if you all have different eating schedules. Has a large, clear LED display that shows your preferred setting and timing in an easy-to-read format. The display also functions as a clock, which might be beneficial for timing meal components so they are all ready at the same time.There are menu, preheat, defrost, power, stop/lock, and start/+30sec buttons below the display. All buttons are easy to push and use. When the microwave is on, it doesn't produce any silly sound, nor is it loud or noisy.The operation is pleasant and simple. Simply press the power button, select your chosen setting, and then use the dial to set your time. The dial is great since it allows you to just scroll through the preset timings, which begin with 10 second increments and progress to 30 second increments as you cook for greater periods of time. Both the buttons and dials provide nice input, ensuring that you are picking the precise setting or time.This microwave has a compact size so does not take up much space, it has 5 adjustable power levels to use from gently warming food on Low (10%) to full-powered cooking on High (100%), and it also has 8 auto menus for quick and simple cooking, it has the usual type of glass plate and spindle inside which are removable and washable with an interior that is wipe clean, and the interior surface appears to be a bit none stick so to speak, which is also quick and easy to wipe clean. The buttons and dial have a robust feel to them, and the LED screen is easy to read and a reasonable size.The easy defrost option allows you to take goods straight from the freezer and turn them into flavourful dinners in no time.The interior is easy to clean, and the surface appears to nearly repel spillages and moisture from the cooking process. I simply take a folded paper towel and wipe it clean after usage, and everything is readily removed. Moisture will accumulate after each usage, which must be removed immediately or corrosion spots will form.I decided to test a few things and see how they went because I wanted to make sure everything worked. We combined ingredients for a micro mug cake, which turned out perfectly. We defrosted some frozen bacon that I had frozen, which turned out perfectly and evenly. We made overnight oats and heated them up in the microwave in the morning, which turned out perfectly. We tried heating a variety of things, including jacket potatoes, and nothing went wrong. It's really attractive, not bulky, but sleek, and quite simple to use. After trying out practically every setting, I couldn't discover a single flaw. I would definitely suggest it without hesitation; buy with confidence!!I believe the price of £99.99 is a little high, but the quality, functionality, retro design, and ease of use and cleaning make this microwave well worth it.

Ok, I admit, it was the colour more than anything that drew me to this microwave! I love the blue colour and it looks great in my kitchen. It is a good size and you know that it is going to be a good quality oven by the fact that it is Russell Hobbs. It is easy to use and is suitable for smaller families. You have the normal presets and you can control the timer by turning the knob. It is easy to clean with a removable glass turntable which is dishwasher safe. Jacket potatoes are cooked perfectly and it has both the defrost and reheat functions. It is more expensive than similar microwaves but they don’t look as good as this one does, plus they will not be a renowned brand. Recommended.

This order is for a very smart microwave in cream. The style and shape are comfortably curved giving the unit a very pleasing look. It is a standard smaller sized unit with an internal turntable which fits an average dinner plate.It has a digital display which is controlled via a few simple buttons and a dial to select the time required. Very easy to use. I ordered this for my older Father who requires something basic to operate. Easy to open with a pull door and an interior light for easy visuals. No obvious odor.At around £100, this is not a cheap value option but being well.made, good quality, it is recommended.

Russell Hobbs microwaveA lovely microwave. It looks really nice in the retro style and the colour is lovely too.It works great and heats food well. The controls are simple enough to use, and the different power levels and cooking options are handy. The size is good and fits a standard dinner plate.It feels good quality and the pull handle door is easy to use. It also looks nice on the worktop rather than being something you want to hide away.Overall, it works well and feels like a good quality microwave. I would recommend it.

Absolutely gorgeous looking microwave that is also functional and very simple to operate.It looks stunning in my kitchen. A mix of modern and retro in the design and a lovely blue that has brightened the room.Operation is so simple with just a few dials and a digital display making it easy to set times even in small 10 second increments.It's quite large and heavy. I find the size good though, it can easily fit a large dinner plate inside.For the beautiful design and high quality I feel the price is reasonable.

You must set the clock first! Otherwise it doesn’t work. Once set up, it is brilliant . Choice of power settings is a real bonus to me. My old one didn’t have this feature , so very happy.

This Russell Hobbs Hanley 20l 800w digital microwave is a fabulous addition to my kitchen! It is a reasonably compact design compared to my previous one so I now have more worktop space. The design is really attractive and it has extremely easy to use controls, I particularly like it for melting chocolate and butter in for baking as the 10 second increments mean I don’t over melt them or get splatter everywhere! It is also super easy to clean and, although it is a bit more pricey it is worth it for the design and ease of use.

The buttons and dial have a good solid feel to them and the LED Screen is simple to read and a nice size.The build quality of the machine is very good and what you would really expect from this well known brand, i am very happy with it and tend to use it most days for snacks which is very handy for me, otherwise i would have to go back in to the house and use the same Russell Hobbs microwave we have in our kitchen.

Definitely looks cute on the kitchen worktop and is small enough to fit under cupboards.Internally the cooking chamber is large enough to just take a pretty standard dinner plate. Ideal for reheating a meal if you are all on different schedules.The interior is easy to wipe clean and the surface does seem to almost repel splatters and moisture from the cooking process. I just use a folded paper towel and give it a wipe down after use and everything comes away easily. You will get moisture build up after each use and it is important to remove this straight away otherwise it will introduce corrosion points.Operation is nice and easy. Simply push the power button and step through to your preferred setting (I use 100% most of the time) and then use the dial to set your time.
