I am pleased with this toaster. It has a lovely glossy white finish. Two crumb trays that are easy to remove and clean. Good range of 'browning' choices. Wide slots to suit a variety of bread 'rolls (etc). Arrived in good time and price was good. It is a sturdy piece of equipment. It is bulkier, than I thought it would be, but I am happy with it.
