The Salter Kuro 4 Slice Toaster is designed for busy households, allowing up to four slices to be prepared at once. Its extra-wide slots provide additional room for thicker bread, bagels, crumpets and teacakes, making it a versatile addition to the breakfast worktop.

With seven variable browning levels, you can adjust the toaster from lightly golden through to a darker, crispier finish. Self-centring bread guides position each slice within the slot to encourage more consistent browning on both sides.

Dedicated Defrost, Reheat and Cancel functions provide additional control. Frozen bread can be toasted without needing to thaw it first, while the Reheat setting is useful for warming toast that has cooled. The high-lift feature also makes smaller items easier to retrieve.

For straightforward maintenance, the toaster includes a removable crumb tray, while an anti-jamming function provides additional convenience during everyday use. Its black Kuro styling coordinates with matching Salter Kuro kettles, microwaves, storage and countertop accessories.

Browns evenly

A nice easy to use toaster that browns both sides of the bread evenly, although the bread opening are not the biggest it is quite deep so you can use largish slices. Only used a few times so far and have been very happy. If one niggle is the cooking dial is all in black which makes it a bit harder to read.

this is a good wee toaster - my only negative is that I would prefer to be able to chose different levels of browning on either side rather than only having one - eg: if I was toasting both a pancake & a slice of bread I want to chose different levels on browning - to do this I need to put toaster on twice whereas if I could alter browning levels on either side it would be more efficient

We have a new toaster.

It rocked up. I toasted some naan. It worked. Apparently there is a recipe book for toast. The old toaster was 15 years old when it died... Am guessing that a review after 16 years would help.

Excellent 4 slice toaster with all the bells and whistles

First off I have to admit that I have a fetish for both kettles and toasters so I literally reviewed 100’s before making a decision on this particular 4-slice toaster. It has honestly lived up to my expectations and always toasts evenly. It can easily take thicker slices of bread/bagels without any hassle and again toasts these evenly without any burnt ends. Lovely blue lit dials when in operation.

Still getting used to it!!

Bit hit and miss, to be fair. Toasted some crumpets and wasn't even at all. Still making up my mind about this toaster.

Great for small spaces!

Pleased overall with this neat little toaster. Arrived on time, well packaged, takes up small area on work top but will still toast 4 generous thick slices evenly, simple to operate and easy to clean. Awarded 4 stars due to a tiny issue with crumpets occasionally sticking.
