We've been using this kettle for about 18 months now. We chose it as we didn't want a plastic kettle - tea tastes so much better with no plastic taste! It looks great too, and is ready to descale with citric acid every so often. If this failed, I'd get another the same.

Boils quick, looks good, no issues.

On every kettle I've previously owned the pushbutton lid has failed. Not only does this kettle look great, and boil quickly, it has a push on lid which should improve it's longevity. So far so good (1 month in)!

First of all, it really annoys me when I look at reviews for, say, a kettle, and find they're about microwaves and toasters! This is a very smart, streamlined kettle, good colour, works perfectly. Easy to fill and use, looks sturdy. I like the lid.

Sturdy, great pour, separate lid which clicks into place easily & strong, good shaped handle. So far, the best kettle I have had....a reliable brand.

I expected good things of this kettle as Salter is a well known brand amongst kitchen appliances. I haven't been disappointed. It looks great first of all, with a sleek design and lovely colour to it. I particularly like the design of the handle. Very modern looking. The swivel base is good, as is the amount of time it takes to boil. Even a full kettle boils quickly, definitely quicker than my previous middle of the range kettle did. It's been used for a good couple of weeks now and there's not much limescale that's built up.

This is an awesome little kettle. I’ve been using it for a while to make the odd tea and coffee (for context, I’m off to uni in a year so I got this in time for that) and the amount of water it holds is brilliant. It’s also super aesthetically pleasing. The blue and rose gold just goes with anything.Would recommend.

With its 1.7L capacity, it's perfect for making multiple cups of tea or coffee. The 360° swivel base makes it easy to handle, and the Strix Technology Controller ensures precise temperature control. The boil dry sensor and auto shut off feature give me peace of mind, and the limescale filter keeps the water clean. Not to mention, the stylish modern design in blue grey is a nice touch to my kitchen. With its 3000 W power, it heats up water quickly.I'm really satisfied with this electric kettle's performance and features.
